Kit Clark Adult Day Health Services

Our Kit Clark Adult Day Health programs provide supports that enable participants to receive individualized health, wellness, and social services designed to help them remain in their home and community and live as independently as possible. A team of professionals that includes nurses, social workers, activities coordinators, and program assistants lead group therapeutic and social activities, and provide medical monitoring and restorative care to participants--including those with memory loss and dementia--in a safe and comfortable setting.

Adult Day Health

Our Adult Day Health (ADH) programs offer individualized health, wellness, and social supports to seniors who may require nursing treatment or monitoring—supports designed to help them live independently in their home as they age.

Memory Loss Program

Our Memory Loss Day Program (located at 645 Washington St., Dorchester) provides a safe, friendly and supportive environment for people with Alzheimer's disease or other memory loss. The program also provides a break for the day-to-day caregivers.
