A PLACE FOR CLIENTS TO AWAKEN THEIR STRENGTH WITHIN

The Mirasol Center for Healing (MCH) is an innovative, trauma-responsive program for adults of any gender identity, who struggle with the challenges associated with substance use disorder (SUD) and homelessness.

The MCH offers its services in a tranquil space, where clients can access the help they need to thrive. The MCH’s staff serve all clients in a respectful, compassionate manner, and each guest partners with the program staff to prioritize their needs during their stay and beyond.

Our program’s vision is to save lives by providing a safe place to stay and supports that range from acute SUD and stabilization services, to holistic therapies, to connection with more advanced services that will support each client’s healing and recovery journey.

Core services will be provided through a multidisciplinary team—including nursing, medical/psychiatry, clinical therapy, case management, and peer recovery navigation—in collaboration between Bay Cove and partners including the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the City of Boston, and Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, to provide ongoing outreach, support, and transportation to The Mirasol Center.

The Mirasol Center looks to engage with guests to set goals designed to maximize their personal safety, and to help them take steps towards recovery and permanent housing when they are ready to do so. The program celebrates each client’s inherent strengths and any changes they might make to improve their quality of life.

Transportation to The Mirasol Center is available from anywhere in the City of Boston, and there is no referral needed to access services at the program. Clients in need of a safe place to begin or resume their sober journey are encouraged to contact us.
